– Product and service preferences for bundles, delivery, or training

– To manage school accounts and service your supply orders
– To deliver relevant updates, invoices, and communication
– To process applications and improve our offerings

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Information is shared only with approved logistics and service partners to fulfill your orders or support delivery.

4. Security
All personal information is stored securely with restricted access. Data is protected using industry-standard security protocols.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Elevate Education Solutions website and partnership services.

1. Partnership Eligibility
Partnerships are available to verified schools or registered education organizations in Namibia and surrounding Southern African regions.

2. Ordering and Invoicing
Orders are placed via school account application. All invoices are issued after confirmation of bundle type, quantity, and delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms
We operate primarily on a COD (Cash on Delivery) basis. No credit card payments are accepted at this time. EFT options will be introduced in future versions of the platform.

4. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of bundles, returns are only accepted in cases of damage or incorrect delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.

5. ROI Partnership Model
Partner schools sourcing exclusively from Elevate Education Solutions qualify for a 10–15% reinvestment of their annual spend, credited toward future educational or development projects.

6. Limitation of Liability
Elevate Education Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, stock issues, or third-party courier issues.

7. Use of Website
Users agree not to misuse the website, duplicate its materials without permission, or submit false information on any forms.

8. Governing Law
